Trancel has created a unique packing which holds against wet but at the same time breaths. With our film wrapping machine the paper roll is coated with plastic to protect against moisture and with the help of our corrugated cardboard header cutters on the sides, the roll breathes and avoids condensation problems. The method is not only but also non-polluting since it’s easy to separate the packing. The wrapping machine itself is smooth and takes very little space and compared to conventional kraft wrapping only one roll width is necessary to wrap all different kind of rolls. The machine is flexible and can easily be expanded or rebuild from low to high automation level.
