Header cutting

Trancel holds a worldwide patent on a unique method of measuring and cutting headers to the exact diameter of each roll to be wrapped. 
With Trancel's proprietary process, roll edges are protected all the way out to the last sheet.

Built in operators interface
The built in operators interface are used to show what header size that the operator should pick. It also gives an good view of machine status, alarms, parameters, etc.

Dustless cutting
With the unique shape of the cutting tool, a dustless and clean cut is received.

No more crimping arms 
No more heated header presses. No more outer headers. The headers are secured in position with plastic stretch film, naturally tensioned down over the edges. This produces a perfectly smooth and perfectly conforming protective package for the roll end.
