Recycled fiber handling

The Trancel de-wiring machine is a fully automatic device for use on RCF paper bales, which completely replaces the often dangerous and demanding work which manual de-wiring means. 
Through its unique design and function a very efficient de-wiring is obtained with minimum of paper spillage. The de-wiring machine is integrated with a wire coiling machine.

High capacity
Thanks to the principle which is used for de-wiring, and the optimized software, the equipment has one of the highest capacities available on the market today, independently of the sizes of the bales and the number of the wires.

Efficient and clean de-wiring
A slowly rotating cutter blade placed in the conveyor beneath the bale snaps off the wires when the bale is being transported forward in the machine.
The cut wires are gathered in a bundle by a collecting arm, which is placed above the bale.

Simple recycle handling of wires
The wires are pulled into a wire coiling gear, which winds them to a small coil that falls down into a waste container for recycling.

Complete systems
The de-wiring equipment can be combined with for example storage conveyor, bale breaker, loose paper bin, drum eveners and weighing equipment for measuring.
