De-wiring of pulp bales

The Trancel de-wiring machine is a fully automatic device for use on pulp bales, which completely replaces the often dangerous and demanding work that manual de-wiring means.
Through its unique design and function a very efficient de-wiring is obtained, independently of the positions of the wires and its type.
The de-wiring machine is integrated with Trancel's wire coiling machine, which has a capacity to coil wire reels of 250 kg before it needs to be emptied.

The equipment can often relatively easy be adopted into already existing bale conveyor lines.

Efficient and clean de-wiring
The wires are cut by means of chopping, which is instant and results in a clean environment, free from metal chip and an absolute minimum spillage of pulp.

High capacity
Thanks to the principle that is used for de-wiring, and the optimized software, the equipment has a very high capacity, independently of the sizes of the bales and the configuration of the wires.

Few moving parts
The de-wiring machine has a clean and open design, with very few moving parts, which results in an equipment that is easy to control and maintain.

Simple recycle handling of wires
After the wires has been removed from the bale, they are dropped into a wire coiling machine.
The wires are coiled to a big and compact reel.
When the coiler is full, it is clearly indicated for the operator. The emptying is an easy operation and the wire reel can be taken away with the help of a forklift truck or a pallet lifter.
