De-stacker

The Trancel de-stacking machine can obtained with or without an automatic de-wiring system.
The de-wiring feature completely replaces the often dangerous and demanding work which manual de-wiring means. Using this feature the only remaining manual work is truck driving, to load the bale units onto the feeding conveyor.

The equipment can often relatively easy be adopted into already existing bale conveyor lines.

Handles different bale unit types
This machine automatically accepts most types and sizes of bale units available on the market, without any operators interference when changing from one type to the other.

Safe de-wiring and simple recycle handling of wires
The wires are cut by means of a pair of scissors underneath the bale unit and collected on top of the unit, then pulled into a coiling gear. The wires are coiled to a small reel and finally dropped into a scrap container for recycling. 

Easy to operate
This equipment can be supplied in semi- or fully automatic versions.
The fully automatic version is very easy to operate. Besides the automatic functions, a reset function helps to bring all movements back to their home position after manual operation during maintenance etc.
